The Eternal Stalker

It stalks the bloody battlefields,
Upon the dieing breath's of warriers.

It comes to see the elderly,
To ease them of mortal pains.

It maoves among the clean rooms,
Of many sterile hospitals.

It creeps in the shadows of cities,
Stealing up on many a homeless or starving.

In the end, all shall meet it,
It comes to all that live.

To thwart it, you are immortal,
To become it, you are a god.
